How to Set Up the Vinalon™ 3D Air Fiber Mattress
Lay the mattress cover flat on the floor and fully open the zipper.
Insert the three POE mattress cores into the cover, aligning them neatly and evenly.
💡 Tip: Start by placing the left and right panels first, then insert the center panel to make alignment easier.
🔹 Check the orientation:
Ensure the Solid (soft) layer and Hollow (breathable) layer are placed correctly — the blue Solid side should face upward, as this part directly supports your body.
3) Health & Care Instructions
【Important Precautions】
Fire hazard: Avoid placing the mattress near heating devices such as electric heaters or open flames.
If using an electric blanket, set it to low temperature (below 37°C). When using cooling fabric, do not place additional layers underneath.
Do not use the mattress without removing the protective cover.
Dry the inner layer and cover in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Prolonged exposure to high temperature or humidity may cause deformation.
When washing POE material, avoid direct sunlight. Dry in the shade to prevent deformation and maintain the mattress’s performance.
【Washing & Maintenance】
POE Core: Do not machine wash. Rinse with water only.
Outer Cover / Inner Fabric: Wash separately at 30°C or below (use a laundry net if possible).
Hand wash or use a gentle/wool cycle with neutral detergent.
Do not bleach, use fabric softener, dry clean, or tumble dry.
