What is POE foam? POE CLASSIFICATIONS
POE foam is a type of foam made from Polyolefin Elastomer plastic melted into a chaotic flow to form a block, they do not use adhesives like the foam that everyone knows is PE. They are bonded by heat and the nature of plastic, a product specialized in the production of baby bottles. Therefore, POE foam products are very safe to use.

POE Classifications (Polyolefin Elastomer Classifications)
POE will be divided into 3 types:
Solid: made of thin, light and soft solid fibers
Hollow: Made of air-tube fibers for a thicker thickness than solid, they are harder and more stable with higher elasticity
Solid combined with Hollow: they are made of 1 side of Hollow fiber, 1 side of Solid fiber with the same thickness
With different structures and characteristics, they will be applied to different purposes depending on the needs and preferences of consumers.
Based on the technical properties:
Density: The density of the Polyolefin Elastomer affects the hardness and strength of the material. Low density Polyolefin Elastomers are usually softer and more flexible, while high density Polyolefin Elastomers are stiffer and stronger.
Melting Index (MFI): The MFI indicates the ability of the Polyolefin Elastomer to flow when melted. High MFI Polyolefin Elastomers are easier to process, but may have lower mechanical strength.
Hardness: The hardness of the Polyolefin Elastomer is measured on the Shore A or Shore D scale. Low Shore A Polyolefin Elastomers are usually soft and flexible, while high Shore D Polyolefin Elastomers are stiff and impact resistant.
Tensile strength and elongation: These are important parameters that indicate the ability of Polyolefin Elastomer to withstand force and deformation.
