2. CHARACTERISTICS OF PE FOAM SHEETS
PE foam sheets maintain stable form while remaining flexible under compression.
It provides excellent shock absorption and vibration reduction for packaging applications. It can be easily cut and fabricated into required shapes without abrasion, while remaining clean and dust-free.
Lightweight and highly water-resistant.
PE foam sheets are chemically inert and stable over time. They feature very low energy absorption, low cost, and excellent heat resistance.
Common applications include packaging, case inserts, surface protection, vibration reduction, and thermal insulation.
