1. PE WITH HD FILM ROLL

HDPE laminated PE foam is currently widely used in the market and is considered a common product in daily life, with important applications in many different construction and packaging projects.

PE foam laminated with HDPE film is a white foam roll coated with a thin layer of HDPE plastic film on the surface.

Thanks to the thin HDPE film layer, the product surface becomes smoother, softer, more durable, and flatter, making it an excellent cushioning and protective padding material.

The product is manufactured from virgin LDPE resin pellets using extrusion technology. First, gas is dissolved and evenly mixed with molten PE resin through an extrusion machine. The PE resin is then formed into foam sheets and processed through specialized equipment to flatten and shape the PE foam material.

Finally, the foam surface is laminated with an HDPE film layer to improve flexibility, durability, and moisture resistance. The finished product is marketed as HDPE Foam Sheet or PE Foam Roll Laminated with HDPE Film.

Applications

This product is especially suitable for use as an underlay for wooden flooring in homes and offices, as well as for manufacturing packaging bags for electronic components, shockproof materials, thermal insulation products, and many other applications.

PE foam is soft, smooth, and highly cushioned, making it ideal for packaging furniture and electronic equipment. Thicker foam materials are commonly used to minimize impact during transportation and handling.

For display products and scratch-sensitive items, an HDPE film is laminated onto a thin PE foam layer to enhance packaging performance and surface protection. The HDPE film is typically manufactured and bonded at an ultra-thin thickness of approximately 0.012–0.015 mm, yet it provides excellent tear resistance and effectively protects customers’ products from damage.
