Cleaning the TENCEL™ Mattress Cover: Remove the mattress cover and machine wash on a gentle cycle or hand wash in cool water. Use mild detergent and avoid harsh cleaning agents or high-temperature drying.
Cleaning the Airfiber Mattress Core: The POE mattress core can be rinsed directly with clean running water to remove dirt and debris. Stand the core upright in a dry, well-ventilated area to allow excess water to drain and help it dry quickly.
